Recognition for leadership and service to the wood flooring industry

Congratulations Mark Mukosiej, our team's newest member, for receiving an Honorary Vanguard Degree for industry service and achievements.

The key to successful team and a company customers enjoy interacting with are its people. We are very proud of our newest member, Mark Mukosiej, who was awarded an Honorary Vanguard Degree at the NWFA Convention 2010 in Washington, DC March 24.

NWFA degrees recognize individuals who have been members of the NWFA for a minimum of three consecutive years, and who reach specific levels of achievement in wood flooring education, personal accomplishment, and service to the industry. There are five different levels of degrees: Craftsman, Master Craftsman, Advanced Master, Vanguard and the Ambassador.

The NWFA's Vanguard Degree recognizes individuals for attaining 25 credits, 15 of which are for industry service and/or achievement.

Mark’s role in Arboritec is to teach contractors the fundamentals of Arboritec products and sanding and finishing techniques to improve production and floor performance. Mark has over 35 years of progressive experience installing, sanding and refinishing hardwood floors , has been NWFA instructor for 10 years and gave seminars and taught schools at distributor locations for various companies within the wood flooring industry.

We are happy to have such a highly qualified technical consultant as Mark to provide an outstanding service to our customers: distributors and flooring contractors.

Arboritec at the NWFA Convention 2010

Published 03/26/2010 by Arboritec USA

After first 10 months of operation, we gave Arboritec USA a kick-start with the first official appearance at the NWFA Convention in Washington, DC.

March 22-25, 2010 will go down in our history as the first official appearance of the newly formed Arboritec USA.

Our "Ceramic Fortified Waterborne Wood Floor Finishes" display drew attention from all over the wood flooring industry by bringing in people desired to find out more about Accelerated Nanotechnology and the use of Ceramic Silica in Arboritec finishes and sealer.

Despite recession and slowly recovering economy,  the NWFA Convention in Washington, DC deserves our appreciation by giving us an opportunity to meet old friends and new enthusiastic flooring craftsmen interested in our products, team and innovative technology. Here are pictures of some the wonderful people we met.

Dustin Perrin (Intermountain Wood Products) and Ron Peden (President & CEO at ArboritecUSA).

Bob Gehl (President at Gehl Flooring Supply, Inc.), Mark Weglowski (VP of Sales at Arboritec USA) and Clint Brucker, (Gehl Flooring).

Gerry Mueller (VP of Marketing at Arboritec USA) and Paul Heisler (Owner at Heisler Flooring).

Mark Waitkus (All-N-1 Flooring) and Gerry Mueller.

We would like to thank everyone who stepped into our booth at the show and hope to see you again next year. For those who missed the show, don't worry, we have more pictures available at our new Arboritec Facebook Fan Page or at Arboritec Showroom Flickr photostream at www.flickr.com/Arboritec
